Pathways to Work
Pathways to Work is designed to help those who receive benefits because of illness or disability to find a way back to work.
A new scheme launched in April 2008, Pathways to Work is run in Wiltshire by North Wessex Training. NWT were selected for this role because of their vast experience of helping people in all situations to find fulfilling roles and stay in them.
Our advisors will work with you to assess your personal circumstances and help you set some realistic goals and an action plan to get you back to work. We’ll help you find job opportunities, submit applications and prepare for interviews.
We can also put you in touch with a wide variety of organisations and specialists who are there to help you. This could include help with managing your finances, rehabilitation services available through the NHS, and help once you start work - including advice on how you can claim Return to Work credit.
