North Wessex Training work alongside Next Step which is a free information and advice service designed to help people develop their skills and progress their career. Next Step helps individuals identify their career goals and helps them to create the most effective skill path to ensure people achieve their ambitions.

Available to those over 20 years of age with less than NVQ Level 2 qualifications, the Next Step service can also provide expert coaching to help you:

• Kick-start your career and provide career direction
• Link your interests and skills to your career goals
• Identify new skills you need to achieve your ambitions
• Find the training course for you
• Help you search for the job you have always wanted
