E2E (Entry to Employment) is a programme designed to help young people aged 16-18 who have left school but still need to find their direction in life. It’s a helping hand into a job, training or college and can include a number of the following elements:

  • Hands-on job skills
  • Work experience
  • Taster courses to help find the right course for you
  • Help with finding work
  • Opportunities to develop your confidence.

We’ll talk to you about what we need, and design a course that’s right for you. You can join at any time and stay for as long as you choose. We have five centres across Wiltshire, in Devizes, Swindon, Chippenham, Trowbridge and Salisbury, so you won’t even have to travel far to get the help you need.

Funding
The E2E programme is free of charge, subject to eligibility. We’ll help you with travel costs, plus you may be able to claim EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance) while you learn.
