If you find yourself out of work, whatever your situation, NWT can deliver a course or training programme that will put you on the right track. We can also combine elements of different programmes to provide a comprehensive learning journey tailored to your needs, skills and ambitions.

Through our close links with employers throughout Wiltshire, we also have an impressive record of finding both work placements and long-term, meaningful employment.

We have a number of courses to help you with those essential job hunting skills:

• An “employability” course to help with those all-important CVs, applications and interviews.
• Flexible courses to help you improve key skills such as Maths and English at your own pace, run by Learndirect
• IT training from complete beginner to a full L2 qualification
• A short course to help you get the motivation you need to land that dream job.

Whatever your situation, we also run programmes to help you find rewarding employment

• E2E – a flexible programme for those aged 16-18
• Pathways to Work which offers advice, support and training for those out of work because of disability or long-term sickness
• New Deal which provides a wide range of support and training to help people in all situations to get back to work
• Our Information, Advice and Guidance service, which gives you access to our advisers and resources
