Course Overview
For those who would like to improve some of these important skills, we offer a chance to learn at your own pace while working towards a nationally recognised qualification – a National Certificate at level 1 or 2.

We run the course with Learndirect. The course is online, so you can work through it at your own pace at one of our centres, at home or anywhere else with internet access. There will also be some workbooks that you can use if you prefer this method of learning. In each of our centres, a tutor will be on hand to help you out whenever you need it.  

You will only be learning what you need to - before you even start the course, we will assess your skills and create a tailor-made course for you, based on the skills YOU need to improve.

You can then work through each section at your own pace, repeating as many times as you need to until you are ready to move on.
