Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)  – Our Advice and Guidance specialists will help you to define your goals and find the best way to achieve them.

Initial Assessment – This short, online assessment will enable us to check your current levels of competence in the essential areas of Maths and English .

Maths and English courses - Our range of online and off line learning will enable you to refresh your skills and gain a current qualification.

IT Courses - The ability to use IT is now an essential skill in a wide variety of work situations.  Whether you’re completely new to computers or want to update existing skills and gain a qualification, NWT has a course for you.

Employability skills - we offer programmes to support you in developing and improving your employability skills.  Whether you are looking for a first job, returning to work after a career break or looking for a change of direction, we'll help you to recognise the skills you have.  We can offer support in CV writing, transferable skills, job search activities and interview techniques.

Motivational Courses - If you’ve haven’t worked for a while, our motivational course could be just what you need to build your  confidence.

Work Placement - When you are ready to go into a work environment, we can use our wide range of contacts across the county to look for a placement for you.

NVQ and Apprenticeship programmes - Once you have made those first steps into a new job, we can support you in gaining work-based qualifications to help you progress up the career ladder.
